<p>Although total hip arthroplasty (THA) is considered one of the most reliable and cost-effective surgical procedures with excellent long-term outcomes, the selection of implants regarding fixation technique, bearing surface, and femoral head size continues to remain a topic of debate, particularly among younger patients. Since its introduction, THA has significantly improved the functional status and overall quality of life of patients across different age groups. This narrative review focuses on the assessment of quality of life in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty using various standardized evaluation questionnaires and outcome assessment tools.</p>
